Hi, As mentioned by you, it seems to be a problem with the connection between the printer and the computer.

Not signed in yet? I tried that and all I got was the drivers were ecanner to date. Thanks for marking this as the answer. Check your computer manual for the ports.

I tried to get epzon to explain but he actually had such a thick accent it was hard to understand him.

CatraFelinis Replied on June 4, Everything I have ever learned about a computer, I learned by mistake or trial and error! Now none of this is in the book so the advice I got that the USB port was the wrong one, is incorrect for this particular machine and problem. I did what you said, “select USB ports and update the drivers” but I found they were already as updated as they could get.
